Pizza Hut Delivery Case Study

Prior to starting with LaddersFree, the window cleaning at Pizza Hut Delivery Stores was being carried out by local window cleaners. The operatives were paid via petty cash and there was no consistency with service specification, frequency or quality of service. There was also some concern  whether local window cleaners were adequately insured and compliant with  health and safety legislation.

Pizza Hut UK, who are a subsidiary of YUM Brands, one the World’s largest restaurant groups, wanted more control over the window cleaning service at their company-owned stores.

After contacting LaddersFree to discuss their window cleaning requirements, we surveyed the stores and provided Pizza Hut with a proposal that enabled them to reduce costs and have consistency across all its stores. In November 2016, we were chosen as the window cleaning service provider for all its company-owned stores.
