Whilst there is software available to track work completion we have decided to keep to traditional satisfaction dockets that require a signature. This will be passed on to the management team and filed as a record that the job was completed satisfactorily. Thus it is the responsibility of the operative to ensure that the work is satisfactory before leaving the site.
